Monica has a degree in interior design from Kent State University, she is a licensed interior designer in the state of Maryland and Washington, D.C. Monica's career spans over 30 years in commercial, residential interior design and project management.
Drawing on her passions for design, art, teaching and yoga, Monica launched Monica Pittman Design LLC to use her experience to create solutions for the home that actively encourage a better quality of life.
We work together through a creative process that uses discussion, images and color theory to uncover the essence of you. Monica uses visioning to uncover inspiration and connection between you and your home. The result is a home environment that delights and has meaning.

Monica finds inspiration for design every day from dog walks on the beautiful C&O Towpath, stand up paddle boarding with friends and family on the Potomac river, painting, teaching art and yoga practice.
